Individual Therapy
With a Nutrition Integration Approach.
For Children, Adolescents and Adults.
A Therapeutic space for Children and Adolescents.
I utilize play therapy strategies, expressive Art strategies as well as mindfulness skills. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I support the child and family with understanding their emotions are a part of them; no emotion is bad. When working with children and adolescents, I believe in supporting the whole family; providing caregiver support, mental health education, parent and family sessions monthly.
Now that we are living in a post pandemic world, I am primarily providing office based sessions for children and adolescents. I find that they engage more as well as process their symptoms differently in a fully confidential space. It also allows for more room for interaction. If requested each person is screened on the appropriateness of telehealth.

A Therapeutic Space for Adults
I believe there is hope and positive outcomes in treating those with mental health disorders.
My approach in therapy is a non-judgmental approach. Helping you to learn to process emotions without judgement. What part of you is struggling? How can we learn about your emotions and thoughts ? All the while identify coping skills to use for support. Therapeutic support for adults is offered in-person at my office. If requested each person is screened on the appropriateness of telehealth.
